Happy Tails is proud to offer the services of Carlos Webb,
DVM to our clients while staying for grooming, day care, or
boarding. Dr. Webb is a graduate of University of Tennessee
receiving his BS in 1961, his MS in 1963 and his DVM from
Auburn University in 1967 when he began his practice. At
Rocky Hill Animal Hospital, Dr. Webb offers an onsite lab
and pharmacy. Vaccines are available on location at Happy
Tails. Medical, diagnostic, surgical, x-ray and dental
procedures are available through our drop off and pick up
