NEW POLICES FOR 2007
Beginning January 1st

Due to the increasing number of cancellations and no shows that we have had over the past few holidays, we feel the need to make some changes in our reservations policies to assure that no one is turned down for boarding for their pets during the busy seasons.

*Reservations for boarding during the holidays must be made with a credit card.
*Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of arrival to avoid a $30 fee for the cancellation.
*No shows will be charged 2 nights of boarding according to the weight range of the pet.
*After the second cancellation or no show, boarding must be paid for at the time of the reservation with no refunds available.

There will also be changes in the policies for bedding during the holiday seasons.
*We ask that no beds or crates be brought in.
*Happy Tails will be providing Kuranda beds during the off season and holiday season and they will be available for rent at a fee of $2 per night.

*All food must be brought in a waterproof Tupperware type of container with name clearly marked.
